My philosophy is to capture love. Whether it's the love of a couple; the love between a mother and son or self love.

And the thing I've realised in this business is that self love is at the core of all we do. So often I see photographers or business people follow some formula or recipe for success they've been sold. They dehumanise themselves and lose the reason they got into this industry in the first place. They suffer from imposter syndrome, burnout, self doubt. They struggle to market or price themselves and set boundaries. They bow out of this industry and the world loses their creativity.

From the minute I got into this industry I was determined not to let that happen, to myself or others. And I'm still learning as I go. Mentoring is my way of sharing what I've learned so you don't have to make the same mistakes.

I want to help you take your business to the next level...the personal level

Mentoring allows you to explore yourself and allows for personal and professional growth so it wouldn't be beneficial to go into this and not be open to advice and some changes that you haven't considered before.

Lauren is so approachable and easy to talk to that there hasn't been anything that I have felt uncomfortable to ask about.

Lauren is such an absolute wealth of information and positivity that it would be impossible for anyone, even excluding photographers, not to gain from Lauren's mentoring
